Nobody Parks in L.A. Release Date Set for October 1, 2022
Writer / Producer / Director Linda Andersson announces the release of the independent animated pilot “Nobody Parks in L.A.” for October 1, 2022. The fifteen-minute episode stars Thea Gill (Queer as Folk), Gina Glass (Gino The Wise Guy), Denise Warner-Gregory (The Lesbian Lounge & The Rainbow Remix), Vicki Wagner (Winner of the “2013 Battle of the Comics”), Teri Maher (The Grid: Zombie Outlet Maul) & and newcomer Erik Tomlin (Britain’s Got Talent).
“Nobody Parks in L.A.” is a story of a young lesbian couple who absorbs the culture shock of moving to Los Angeles from Central Florida.

“Nobody Parks in L.A.” is a story of a young lesbian couple who absorb the culture shock of moving to Los Angeles from Central Florida.
Thea Gill and her wife Gina Glass lead the cast as couple Shar and Jace.
Thea says, “It was wonderful to animate with Gina while we recorded our character’s voices for this project and Linda made the process easy and enjoyable.”
“It’s a bucket list moment for me. I always wanted to be in something with Thea and having the opportunity to be a couple on this pilot was icing on the cake!”
Linda Andersson originally wrote “Nobody Parks in L.A.” as a live action sitcom pilot, but she couldn’t resist producing the indie project herself as an animated show, after successfully producing the feature length animated film, “The Grid: Zombie Outlet Maul” in 2015 with veteran VoiceOver Director/Actor, M.J. Lallo.
“Once again, I wanted to have some fun with friends, so we chose a script that could be easily animated with our voice actors living in both California and the U.K.”
